Product Overview

The Prospect Desk offering spans a variety of use cases centralized on the method of delivery for the purpose of data consumption.  This page provides the overview of these tag versions, with relevant links to additional detail.  At the core, there are 2 versions of The Prospect Desk tag:

  1.  Norden - the most flexible version of our javacript tag
  2. Javascript - a javascript based tag that includes premium features for data collection and delivery

Norden Tag (Coming Soon)

The latest iteration and most flexible tag to date, the Norden tag offers virtually unlimited flexibility in data collection for downstream processing of resolutions.  This tag collects additional features to enhance the identity matching process, beyond that capabilities of our previous Javascript Tag.

Key Features:

  • Multi-tier ID Model - Expanding on the Agency Model, include additional custom variables to partition and categorize the data according to your business needs
  • Custom App Streams - The ability to trigger custom server side triggers based on values you pass through
  • Enhanced Enrichment Pipeline - As a core component of this new process, additional enrichments will be automatically made available without requiring redeployment

Javascript Tag

The Javascript tag provides the option for advanced data capture to support additional use cases for top of funnel targeting. These additional features provide a significant increase in the value of the resolutions, supporting more advanced activations opportunities.

Key Features:

  • Agency Model - Agencies are onboarded to The Prospect Desk and can provision tags for their customers
  • Page Detail - Resolutions contain the URL of the tag fire as well as the page visit prior
  • Increased Frequency - Matches run up to every 15 minutes

Tag Best Practices

Each tag and subsequent processing have been designed to enable specific use cases and should not be modified from the recommendation without prior consultation.

  • Critical Note: each tag should be deployed once per domain!
  • Tags should be deployed as defined without modification as this may affect the performance
  • If page URL detail is needed, the Javascript tag would be required
